Performing Credits

From ‘Kurt’ in the Irish Premiere of ‘The Sound of Music’, in the Grand Opera House, Belfast, in 1970, to Pilate’ in Jesus Christ Superstar͛ in Galway, 2014, Peter has performed in over 200 musical productions, ranging from The Pantomime Dame to heroic leading men. Along the way, he has won Acting Awards for ‘Tevye’ in ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘Clown’ in ‘Clown’ and ‘Leo Kramer’ in ‘The Joy of Living’. As a Comedian, he has won awards for ‘Grinkl’ in ‘White Horse Inn’, ‘Ali Hakim’ in ‘Oklahoma’, ‘Gramps’ in ‘The Widow or Bust’ and ‘Daphne/Jerry’ in ‘Some Like it Hot’. He also won Best Supporting Actor for his role as “Pilate” in Jesus Christ Superstar͛. His favourite roles include Koko in The Mikado, Tevye in Fiddler, Kipps in Half A Sixpence, Kenickie in Grease, Leo Kramer in The Joy of Living, Toby in God Bless Archie Dean, Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls and Max Bialystock in The Producers.
